Riverbend Fund

The Riverbend Fund, our annual giving program, is the cornerstone of our development efforts. Each donation to the Riverbend Fund has a direct impact on the education we provide on a daily basis.

Tuition is our primary source of income, covering approximately 90% of the school’s annual operating budget. Like most other independent schools, Riverbend relies on its Annual Fund to cover the shortfall between tuition income and operating costs (such as teachers’ salaries, educational materials, classroom supplies, heat, rent and building maintenance).

Donations also help moderate tuition increases, to help make a Riverbend education more accessible to all.
